I read that, weird signing by the Kings by the way! The all ready limited point guard market is even slimmer now. I was more interested in CJ Watson but he was nabbed last week. Really leaves me wondering what options are left. Not liking the chances of the team with Nolan backing up Lillard!
Fez your words ring hollow right now ... I'm currently watching Cleveland vs. the D-League Select team. #smh
But I'll admit he looks like crap right now. He's not playing to his strengths (attacking the hoop) -- All he has been doing in these two games is jacking up ugly shots!
I must be in the minority, not very excited at the moment. Excited to see how EWill & Meyers do, maybe Lillard, but other than that I'm not really looking forward to sucking. Again.
I think most of us have accepted that we are rebuilding. We may have a very slight chance at the playoffs this year, but we're a few years away from winning a series.
I can't believe the guy shut down workouts, wouldn't do measurements and the dolts in Cleveland's front office would give him a promise. A year after they made a huge stretch in drafting Tristan Thompson. The only saving grace for them is that they got the #1 last year and took the no-brainer. Cleveland's FO is a mess!
I think that is dependent upon what trades may become available in the future. Olshey has made it pretty clear that he intends to gather enough picks and young players that he can take advantage of another Chris Paul-type of situation. Easier said than done, perhaps, but I like his game plan. Otherwise, I'd agree that the Blazers are probably a few years away from being a threat to win in the playoffs. That said, I do like the talent on this team and think that it's going to be way more entertaining to watch than in the previous rebuild effort.
I truly think with this roster, its kind of like what the timbers are trying to do. Have enough proven talent to try and compete now, while also having a lot of promising young talent to develop now or in the near future for the future. Im pretty excited for both.
Lillard follows Pornhub on twitter, how can you not like your starting PG having the balls to do that. Sad thing is this will probably be the title of Canzano piece in 2 months when there is nothing else to write about.
