I just didn't understand Miami's offense. Too many times James was on the perimeter whipping the ball around to guys like Chalmers. To LeBron's credit he is very un-selfish on the court. He should have finished way more than he did instead of........passing.
The Bad news, IF LeBron learns the lessons he should from this loss, the Heat should be much more dangerous next season. The good news is that LeBron will probably spend the offseason being a playboy instead of learning the lessons and working on them.
I don't think this does anything to change MIA's long term prospects of becoming a dynasty. Especially if the MLE exists in the future, I expect them to become stronger. This series was two normal LeBron performances away from being a sweep for Miami.
He also was amazing in the clutch against PHI in Game 5, and repeatedly in multiple games vs. BOS and CHI (who I think was actually better than DAL). Very easy to forget that. Like when? One game last year? Did you forget the time when he scored 30 straight points against a defensive juggernaut in Detroit and took a team with David Wesley, Eric Snow, and Scott Pollard to the finals?
They don't even come close to sniffing a chance at a title if LeBron didn't play amazing in the fourth quarters of those series. Those series absolutely DO matter.
Per @Chris_Broussard: Lebron James involved in post game altercation in Heat locker room. Developing..
Or not: Chris_Broussard This chick @DishinDirt is tweeting lies in my name. Don't believe her. I'm in Bristol, not even in Miami.
