Eh... dunno about that.... Mixum clearly is negative all the time, there's no point in pretending he's a Lakers fan. But there is a bipolar fan or two on this board I could see as pretending to be a Lakers fan.

Kobe did what I thought he would.

Dominated the ball and didn't press the advantage the Lakers had on the inside.

This loss is on Kobe and no one else.

    That shit is funny.

Some saying the NBA is fixed. Like 2000. Or the LA-Sacto series. They're crying about a regular season game, yet deny BIG PLAYOFFS games that determine the most important PIECE of the entire NBA season as being fixed. Fucking losers! Hypoctrites. Ri-dunk-u-lous.

haha.. Nate said in his postgame press conference, listing all the players who played well tonight.. Bayless, Roy, etc.. and then he said "and my main man, Andre Miller.. " Good one Nate.

Hey what do you know. Ron Artest can't defend like Shane Battier, and he got exposed tonight. 32 points by Roy established on game 1 against them, 9 of 11 FG, and now he will never look back. Both Artest and Kobe took shots at him. Neither could do anything with him.

Bayless was unstoppable in the first half. He was really focused. In the second half he got a little tentative, but still played well.

Martell, what can I say. Fucking awesome defense tonight. There is such a huge difference between him and Roy on defense, and tonight was a showcase for it. He has turned the corner IMO. Where I was bashing him weeks ago, I cannot now. He has lost that streakyness, in part because of his effort. Even if he misses, he keeps his foot on the gas petal.

But my surprise of the night goes to Dante Cunningham. +14 while in the game. 17 minutes. 7 pts. 5 rebounds. I actually think the whole game was on the line at the time he made the play where he tied up Odom for a jump ball. That effort play inspired the team. They went on a huge run after that. This kid played with gnads tonight.

    This milk won't sour.

Got my cup o' joe in hand and am just about ready to settle in and enjoy last night's game -- all...over...again. Did I mention that I love TiVo?!

    Go Blazers!
