Well if that is indeed the case then I can't fault him. I think Chicago was his best chance to win, New York is his best chance to make money and keep his wife happy. I guess melo doesn't have the heart of a champion after all. Then again did we think otherwise after multiple failed seasons with a good Denver nugget team?
Me too, but only because I over estimated him. I thought he wanted to win, I didn't think he was content with being forgotten after being talked about as one of the top players in his generation. He won't win in New York and once he is retired people will be talking about the lebrons, Kobe's, Aldridges and Lillards of the nba.
Maybe he wants to be loyal since the reason they suck was they gutted the team to get him. Maybe Jackson has a two year plan to lure LeBron and Melo wants to be part of their first championship since before he was born.
Parsons max type deal. Radio guys already saying to let him go and if they miss out on Bosh to go after Aldridge next year
I think Caravan was referring to Houston offering LMA 5/108. The answer is no. Portland is the only team that can offer LMA 5 years.
Adrian Wojnarowski@WojYahooNBAChandler Parsons is finalizing a three-year, $46 million offer sheet with Dallas, league source tells Yahoo Sports. Third yr is player option. Parsons signing at 12:01 EST
Adrian Wojnarowski@WojYahooNBANo clear answer yet on Rockets matching sheet, but GM Morey had been on phone w/ agents for Ariza, Deng and Pierce today, sources tell Y. I think Houston signs Bosh in next 2 days and then mathces
