They'll definetly be a lot better and win more games but they won't dominate the East. Then again almost any team in the East can be dominant because of the lack of competition. I'll stick to fiction, they won't dominate, but they'll be a lot better. Fact or Fiction: The Suns are only built for the regular season and lack what it takes to be a championship contender.
Fact. They rely on fast breaks too much and their half court game is weak. If you can slow them down, you can beat them. The Wolves (and others I'm sure) have demonstrated this year how you can beat Phoenix if you make them play half court basketball. In the playoffs, they aren't going to be able to count on mistakes from the other veteran teams like the Spurs, Kings, and Wolves in order to get the fast breaks they need to win. It is the same problem that plagued the Kings in recent history except the Kings do have a good half court game, and they do have some size, unlike the Suns. The Suns will get a good seed and will probably beat their first round opponents pretty badly, but once they face a real contended they won't look good. Fact or Fiction : The Cavaliers are a legitamite contended for the Eastern Conference Championship.
Fiction-The cavs are a good team and will make the playoffs for sure however the East comes through Detriot, end of story. Fact or Fiction-With the combo of Kidd, Carter, and RJ the Nets have the Atlantic on lockdown.
