I watched the first season of Rescue Me (I was living with a good friend, a firefighter at the time). I don't watch much TV outside of sports, in part because I get caught up and have to follow story lines, no matter how terrible or lame they might be. Rescue Me was just "ho hum". Wasn't terrible, wasn't great. Had some good moments. I can understand why some people would be interested, but it just wasn't my kind of show.
