I'm surprised it hasn't happened more frequently in recent years. These teams change so much every year that the one that plays in week 1 is different than the one that plays in week 8 which can be totally different than the one that plays in week 15. It's the only sport where you can be watching your favorite team 80% through the season and see a guy playing who you've never heard of.
