30 minutes before the draft starts.

 

can't change the time. Either way it's up to 16 teams now. So if you pick in the middle to upper half of the draft you might be able to make it to pick your first rounder panthers. The worse that happens is if it picks your first round pick. just prerank your players to have 16 RB's in your top 16 if thats what you want.
