I RARELY eat fast food...maybe like once every 3-4 months or when I get really hungry at the mall when I'm with my friends...but when I do, the number one choice is always Subway. I hate Mcdonalds...after working at Tim Hortons I have come to the conclusion that there are numerous problems with food places that we ignore and rather then trusting the employees and what they give you, you should definetly check what's really in your meal. There are A LOTT of inadequete, inexperienced and flot out irresponsible people making the foods in these fast food joints. I also don't like Taco Bell. I've never tried Licks but there used to be one 5 minutes from where I used to live before. Quizno's is also great for once in a while. For burgers alone, I'd pick Harveys. When I was in Grade 9, I'd eat a burger from Harveys like everyday for lunch , not to mention I'd have a Tim Hortons bagel, ice cap and cookies...and I did this for like 3 months straight...

For breakfest, it`s definatly McDonald`s. They have so many to choose from. When it comes to lunch or dinner, I always go with Burger King. They`re food is always piping hot and I love the fries.

I like McDonalds because of their McChicken and their fries!! Also I like Sonic because of their Slushies!

No need to say he doesn't have a "functioning" brain. I only like Subway, Taco Bell, and Popeyes because I get to SEE my food being made number 1, and number 2 it tastes good. If I have a burger I'm going to make it, not that greasy ass garbage in most FF joints. The fries are almost always over salted as well. THE only FF joint with burgers and such that I like is Checkers and to tell the truth I don't even like Checkers that much. I would say Steak and Shake but its more of a diner type joint than a FF one.
I find it funny seeing ppl say i'll go here or there but only get grilled chicken. This is supposed to be ur favorite fast food, and there is no way grilled chicken is it. I try to cut down on fast food as much as possible, but if i had one choice it'd prolly be wendy's spicy chicken sandwich..... though if u consider pizza a fast food i could probably live of that if i had to.

The Burger King near my house closed last year and it really sucks becauseevery now and then I would get BK cravings for one of their burgers or fries. Now the nearest one is a good drive from my house. Is anyone else here like me and you have a really fast metabolism so you don't gain any weight no matter what you eat? Sometimes I drink those weight gainer shakes or protein bars so I can put on some pounds. I could live off of fast food and you wouldn't be able to tell by my waist line (although my health would be really bad). I love this and it is probably one of the big reasons I'm going to be eating a lot of fast food in college and once I get my license.

But chill on the fast food lol, your metabolism isn't going to be at it's current rate forever and if you're still eating fast food like crazy when it ends up slowing down, you're going to be pretty large after a while.
^^Me too, i gain no weight. My coaches want me to put on like 15-20 more pounds, but i dont think itws worth the effort, im not gonna play D-1, so why bother

I was rail thin in high school but ended up packing on pounds when I got into college. btw if you're thinking of gaining weight do not, I repeat, do not buy weight gainer shakes. It's mostly comprised of sugar, which of course will cause you to gain weight, but at the expense of your overall health. Just eat a lot of unprocessed, healthy foods that are high in calories such as nuts, fresh and dry fruits, whole grain products, meat, eggs, etc. And don't get caught up in the whole protein bar craze too. It'll just end up costing you way more money than you should. Just buy whey powder for shakes and only drink it as a supplement, whenever you're not getting enough protein in your diet (assuming you're maintaining a steady workout routine too).

It's all the processed chemicals that your body isn't used to. preservatives and softening agents that are used to keep the food "fresh" for months on end when good food is perishable and goes bad quickly. these chemicals are not warmly welcomed by your body and are treated as a stress similar to smoking, alcohol, caffeine, injury, lack of sleep, financial hardship, etc. these things can build up in your system and cause all kinds of problems down the line leading to low testosterone, "brain fog" and all kinds of scary crap

When he got to college he put on weight but he did it the right way by lifting so he went from rail thin to jacked. I'd take advantage of it if I were you.
