I wouldn't be surprised if Dearie comes back and says they are all protected by privelage and Cannon accepts that and rules none of the documents can be used to charge Trump. How do we know Trump is paying off Dearie? He had to have pick him for a reason as a potential special master.
He was the only Judge on both the defense and DOJ list. I'm actually good with this judge. He's been around a very long time. Old enough to know what is right and do it no matter who is involved.
I thought he was on Trump's list and Trump's lawyers wouldn't agree to anyone on the DOJ list so they picked him from Trump's candidates. Glad he's fair.
