She was appointed after the election to protect him. He doesn't need to "have something" on her. This absolute unqualified mediocrity has a lifetime appointment to a cushy federal job. Big retirement package when she decides to leave. No accountability. That's a pretty damn hefty bribe right there.
Didn't you people hear Judge Alito? It's not right to question the judiciary. They are above reproach. We mustn't. barfo
What cannon did doesn't affect what the DOJ is doing, they didn't lose any ground. Cannon was just saving Trump from having to say on record that the files were planted. In essence, she just said that Trump CANT say they were planted, and now won't get in trouble for not saying it. But that's the least of his worries. It just saved him from embarrassment really. But he's a fucking joke and an embarrassment so does it really change anything? Lol. This is all based on everything I read. But that was the summation of it all.
Yeah, that's pretty much it. She's probably pissed the higher court overturned part of her orders. But, once everything is reviewed she can rule all of it is Trump's and that it shouldn't have been seized or some bullshit. That said, if the DOJ does charge him, it wont be in her court room I don't think.
I trust that the DOJ is one step ahead of the dumbass. The dude says they were planted, and needed a court that he paid off to say he doesn't need to say it on record (read: they weren't planted, and he knows that, and got his ass saved temporarily). He will get charged. And it will be in a federal court with an impartial judge. This is the DOJ sans William Barr, I.E. impartial (no matter what the gaslighters say). I see no way a defendant will EVER have a trial with a judge known to be sided FOR THE DEFENDANT. This procedural crap may, but for actual trial - discovery, evidentiary, and actual proceedings after indictment, theres 0% chance.
