The worst part for me was that I taped Fringe tonight and not the Mentalist because my girlfriend likes Fringe better then realized half way through that Fringe was a fucking rerun. THAT was when I got pissed. I can't believe that I am pissed tonight that I could only tape 2 shows....I remember the days when I had to use a VCR to tape one show and it looked like shit.

What in the name of all that is fair and decent did Portland fans do to deserve this much suffering? Don't we deserve one healthy big man in the history of our franchise? Can't we be allowed to enjoy our good fortune for at least a season or two??? I mean, really. I'm afraid we'll never see the Greg Oden we've all dreamed about. He's just too fragile to ever flourish in the NBA. And I say that with a heavy heart, believe me.

Gavin Dawson overheard KP tell Kupchak that Oden should be fine. YOu guys have to realize, its a foot and not a break (you can tell that on an x-ray). It won't be the whole season most likely, and Barrett and NAte both said it doesn't look too bad and he should be back sometime soon. Keep your heads up and don't always expect the worst. It ruins your day.
