This might make sense about why they should advance, but not for why they should win it all. They would still have two tough games at the end and I would argue that not playing against tough competition before that actually hurts them in the finals.

    Detroit Pistons
    W 17 - L 65
    key team rankings:
    O 29th
    D 27th
    FG% 30th
*bonus bad* Blazers moved up in lottery and stole their draft pick Scoot Henderson.

summary; I'm glad they hired Coach Monty Williams, a terrific head coach. Getting Cade Cunningham up and running will certainly help. Jaden Ivey is a ballhog. Pistons should trade Ivey to Boston for Derrick White.

Gotta be the biggest disappointment of the tournament.

Probably Batums last World Cup too.

Halliburton/Hart off the bench are significantly more effective than Brunson/Edwards (at least today against Greece).

Former Blazer Georgios Papagiannis playing very well today.

Yeah, that was a new one for me. I guess since markers are "points" on a map....they use that term in sports.

I will admit I like watching him play on the offensive side of the ball. Always seems under control, and never rushes things. Good vision, and a good passer with good handles for a 4. And despite his shooting percentage as a rookie, he passes the eye test as a stretch 4. I don't necessarily think he would be a good complement next to Grant, since neither are elite rebounders, but I do think he is a solid backup for Grant.

Clearly the Blazers are waiting for this tournament to finish before trading for him. They can't get a physical done while he's across the Pacific.

Meh. I don't see it with Jovic. He can be a rotational guy, but I don't think he has top 100 potential.

Also, Grant will not be here long term. Im guessing he will be traded by February
