Yeh I did on the 360 versions. Also if that doesn't work I'm sure theres a super cancel button like on Pes where it stops your player completely.

 

There is a cancel button. It's LB + RB if I recall correctly.

Is it easier to curl the ball now?

 

The ball curls A LOT more then on 08. That was only my second Free-kick goal since i bought the Game. Shooting is a bit harder too much power and it rises over the bar lol

Also Ronan If your an Achievement Whore then their really easy like: Score a Free-Kick, Score a Diving Header, Score a Bicycle Kick and so-on. I'm being an Achievement whore lately me and my friend Racing to 10,000 I'm on 7962 and he's on 8,200. £10 resting on it lol.

I'm happy they made curls more possible. I hated how the freekicks were the last FIFA games.

 

Yeh same. Took me a while to get used to it though because on my manager mode My Free Kick taker is Van Der Vaart and he has really good Curling whereas on my Be A Pro My created character isn't very good at Curling so the difference is quite large in ability
