Good purchase speeds Yeh it is well balanced also the free kicks take a while to adjust. Also Huge differences between the free kick takers. E.g. Beckham can bend it from anywhere whereas Kolo Toure just Smashes them straight and true,
I still feel like I'm always guessing when it comes to the amount of power required to put into a free kick. Half the time I hit the wall, the other half I sky it over the net by ten yards. Is there a trick to it?
Yeh, If you hold Lb or L1 then it does a much more Powerful but Direct Free Kick, Good if there's a Gap to exploit. Can power up for longer then usual. Then Rb/R1 is a more Finesse style free kick. Lots of Curl, but don't hit it too hard or it'll go sky high.
Do you tend to aim for inside the post? I usually think that's the only option as the keep is pretty fast on his feet most of the time. Do you aim a couple of meters into the net or straight at the woodwork?
With time I'm sure you'll become a better scorer, so it's even more realistic. When a guy breaks the defense through a solid lead pass, he's not gonna get blocked and tackled by a goalie, or in real soccer. -Petey
Lol we should start our own club since the club I'm in is my friend's club... He asked me to join it a few days after the game came out. If we have at least 3 people willing to play at least a few matches everyday and are decent we should get an S2 team going.

^ Damn, that really makes me want to hook up Live. If only FIFA would let you set up an international tournament.
Yeh there pretty fun. I downloaded some, Not the ones that were quite similar e.g. Czech and Russian. The Italian one is pretty good. GOAL, GOAL GOAL GOALLLLLLLL!!!!!!!
Damn i really want to play online but my wireless Adapter has broken . Should be getting a new one soon.
I've been playing a co-op season mode quite a bit and I find this game to be much more fun than the last. Its still frustrating sometimes but all sports games have that. We've got Pompy in fourth place after a dozen or sixteen games but Villa is way up in first so it is going to be a grind to catch up.
But surely If a game didn't ever frustrateyou then It would be really easy and a non-challenge. Thus making it pointless.
