You can also say that Kevin Garnette was cursed that he couldn't get out of the 1st round but he eventually did with the right supporting players of Sprewell and Cassell. Tracy just need the right players around him which he got this year but they missed a good rebounding power foward. Mike James was very helpful but he wasn't a pure passing PG. He was still looking for his own shots. Most of the Houston players were still looking for their own shots first rather than going straight to Yao or Tracy. None of the players had much playoff experience let along handle the pressure of a G7. Trading Yao for Garnette is just stupid. Never gonna happen and when was the last time that the NBA had a 7foot 6 center that had this much talent and skills who was also respected by ShaQ?
