    This fair and Im sure his salary against his performance is being measured.

    What in your mind would be the 3 most important objective measurable goals Neil should work towards each year.
    Then how would you weight each one? A simple yes or no / or a scale of 1-10 / or a % of goal met?

    Give it a shot....

    It's a fair question, but boy did you pick a bad day for it! I'm toasted on pain meds and still only got a couple hours sleep. It may be awhile before I can generate a coherent answer. :blink:

    Sorry if that sounds like whining....this has been going on for over 24 hrs and I am just frustrated. :cheers:

    Because the Knicks want the cap space, which looks like $75M. Also we are the only team that if we traded for Porzingis, his knees would be shot.

    Ok, so I didn't account for the Mavs' huge draft exception ,but i still think it's CRAZY to think superstars will come to play for Dolan and his scrubs. He just showed his incompetence for the millionth time.

    Lots of players talk about playing at MSG and New York is a draw in itself. Just this year I have heard mention that Jimmy Butler and Kyrie Irving have talked about hooking up in NY and Durant has been rumored to be interested as well.

    Oh, and the draft picks are a protected top 5 this year and the other pick is protected top 10 in 2023,24 or 25.
