I think a big problem in the 4th is Damian. We've all seen how he has a habit of trying to force very difficult 3s, playing hero ball, and it usually doesn't work. What happened to the Lillard of the beginning of the year?
We need a coach that will put an end to that nonsense. Stotts is a "player's coach" on a team that needs to show some more discipline. He's not equipped to turn this around. No more re-tread NBA head coaches. Find a younger, ex-player that can get into these guys. Shit, give Juwan Howard a call.

Try and forget your Blazer fan bias. If you were another team looking at this roster, what would you think of it? Damian is a star, CJ is a very good scorer...but aside from that, you've got a bunch of guys that are 2nd-rate talent. Everyone was a backup on their prior team, and Neil got them out of the bargain bin. Every NBA analyst thought this roster would be awful, they have a "cinderella" season by not sucking, and Neil decides to dole out ridiculous contracts.
