Oh I know this place would. And if the same thing happened here that’s happening there? They have two all stars. They’ve lost Kyrie, Gordon Hayward, horford etc. Maybe players don’t want to play for him?

What's your point? If a coach with Steven's resume can be debated then there is no argument for Stotts to stay.

Also, Boston's fanbase expects championships from their teams. Not just making the playoffs.

Boston is also 23 and 25, Blazers 29 and 18. Thanks a big difference.

It seems fairly obvious but I guess not. Amazing coach Stevens is coaching two all stars, Kemba Walker, now Fournier, and they are two games under .500 and massively underachieving. He’s lost several players who didn’t seem to want to play there. Their offense is stale. He said they aren’t tough. They take entire quarters off almost nightly. It’s get more and more apparent Portland fans have no clue what goes on in other places.

How closely do you follow the Celtics? There may be some internal issues we don't know about. Players have openly said they don't like Boston because of Ainge and how he treated Isiah Thomas, not Stevens.

I’d take Stevens in a second. Great coach.

That roster is unbalanced. Too many similar pieces.

Shit you mean the current Isiah Thomas. Lol. I was thinking Pistons Thomas. I’ve never heard anything about current players being upset about it.

Too many versitile players and not as many one dimensional ones like us?

We don’t have one dimensional players. Look up and down our roster and every player outside of our starting back court guys and Kanter are capable defenders or have been good defenders.

Stotts doesn’t prioritize defense. So we don’t have a scheme. Coaches like Thibodou, Stevens or Spoelstra wouldn’t have this team ranked close to last in all defensive metrics.

Being a good defender doesn't exclude you from being one-dimensional. Boston and Stevens have had a bunch of talent at their disposal.

To say coach <x> would make us better at <y> might be true, it might not. Coach <x> might also make us worse at stat <z>.

Exactly, so outside of Dame, CJ, Kanter, Melo, and Ant (5 rotation players), we've got good defenders! One of the good defenders also happen to be an offensive liability.

Again, I don't want to bash our team (we don't suck), but to make Steven out to be some wizard with his multiple all-stars and two way players while saying Stotts is an idiot with 6 rotation players who are very limited on one end of the floor seems a bit silly.

What have you heard about their mayor? Is their city safe, or ablaze?

Are you saying that Kyle Lowry and Pascal Siakim aren’t Top 50 players?

If so, that’s a stupid fucking post because they have both been All-Stars with Lowry having as many appearances as Dame.

I’m positive some of those ghouls post on this board. One poster in particular can’t seem to go a day without having a meltdown about Stotts. His posts are insane.

Well this is an unstable post from someone who spends his entire day posting about Terry Stotts.

Haven’t been here long but deep-diving into Nate’s posting history he posts a lot of negative stuff. It’s a bummer to read as someone who just wants to enjoy the team for what it is.
