Damn, I really wanted Evans and Hayes to fall further.

 

Hayes was a good pickup. I think he's going to play well w/ the Pistons this year.

 

The teams thread needs to be updated just FYI.

Tim's first pick was on the clock until 7:35 EDT. 6 hours after this pick his second would be up, at 1:35 EDT. It is now 1:37 EDT by the sports2 clock, so I'm skipping him and picking

 

Thoughts on Antoine Walker?

 

Antoine Walker is an embarrassment to the game of basketball.

 

I'd take half the D-League before I'd take Antoine Walker.</p>

Liked the Pavlovic pick, though.</p>

Whew tough crowd. I picked this guy to be a veteran championship winner of the bench. He averaged 12 ppg last season. </p>

I would have forfeited my pick before taking Walker. Have you seen him play? </p>

 

You mean the ill-advised 3point shooting? If tries that crap he's getting perma benched. But he can shoot, and I'm not asking too much from him. He does know how to win a champ.

 

ya, i don't really like walker. but, IMO, he can work good with the right team.</p>

i don't think bryant will like him. he'd be taking shots away from him </p>

 

oh, and i like the Collins and Pavlovic picks. quality picks at this point in the draft.

Lots of lineup possibilities already. Go small with an Arroyo/Gordon/Redick/Durant/Tyrus lineup. Both Gordon and Durant can switch over and play some shooting guard, and Tyrus Thomas can play some small forward, as well as center. Still need to fill out the bench, but as long as my team gets filled out good, I am going to be able to kill you guys in 2k8 with my team. </p>
