I've always liked to walk for exercise, but being in the industry I'm in, I get a lot of empty calories from booze. I'm currently doing P90x3, and it's actually a pretty solid workout. 30-40 minutes per day, I eat healthy (which I already do anyway, aside from the booze)...... this has been easy. 45 days in (today is #46), 13 pounds dropped, and I've been gaining muscle tone. I might have to check the FitBit out. I'd be curious what info it provides related to my current workout routine.

The fitbit.com WWW site sent me that joke when I hit 500 miles.

This looks like a promising alternative to Fitbit. Rather than just track your steps/movements, this is adaptable to help assist you in you exercise. If you run, you strap it to your ankle to measure stride, impact, etc. If you are doing pushups, you strap it to your biceps. Boxing, strap it to your wrist. It can track how much of the exercise you're doing as well as give you real time advice through an app. It comes to iOS in the summer and then Android in the fall.
