    Miller went to the 76ers mid-season. They went from starting the season at 5 and 19 to going 30 and 28 the rest of the way.

    Kobe will be 31 next season and Fisher will be 35... there may be some downside as well.
    often the team that wins the championship isn't necessarily the best team but the best team that navigates it's way through the injury minefield. Adding Miller (who was my favorite FA this summer) along with the internal improvements I expect to see, and I don't see a finals appearance as that far fetched. I think they should be one of the top 4 teams in the West (w/Denver, San Anton & Smogville)

    This will sound a bit crazy, but I could see Portland starting the game with Blake, bringing Miller off the bench with the second unit, and then keeping Miller around in the fourth quarter when the first unit comes back in (Miller still getting the lion's share of the minutes).

    I'm curious how Roy would do with another player running point with the ball in his hands. Roy + Blake's 3pt shooting and Miller with the second unit might be a better fit than the other way around.

    Who knows....

    Martell is a better shooter. You can pull out percentage all you want, but it doesn't account for the entire picture.

    Teams don't game plan to dare Martell to shoot, if anything it's the opposite. If teams left Webster wide-open like they left Batum, I promise you his percentage would be higher. It's why we started Rudy over Batum in game 6.
