I'm not a lawyer but if this shooter has any kind of online posts on some gun forum or Facebook about wanting a situation like this, I wonder if there isn't some other law they can use to get him.. I also wonder if the DA is looking at stuff like that.
When you follow someone obviously with some nefarious intent and then you confront the person you're following and get out of your car wearing a sidearm, you're asking, no, begging for trouble. It wasn't right. I'm not sure exactly what his punishment should have been but it should have been something. Meanwhile, a fresh 18 year old lies dead, life over.
Very unfortunate. First off, Dad should have informed the Neighborhood watch the lad was living there. Second, he should have informed the lad, not to go Whoop ass on the Neighborhood watch. If you want a third recommendation, the Neighborhood watch should not have a little fellow out there to attract a lad looking to count coupe. He never set eyes on???? He watched him walk into the store then proceeded to stay an argument with the guys lady. There's testimony that he's used racial slurs before, I guarantee he was using them then, AT A WOMAN.

More lies. The man was clearly moving away when then gun was drawn the threat was eliminated and use of the firearm was unnecessary. There was no reason to stand his ground. He eliminated the threat by brandishing the firearm.

Huh? Did I link the wrong video? The fat girl in the video was causing the fight (shooter) and when she took a punch she cried like a baby. Without his gun the shooter would have ran away screaming like a bitch after he got knocked on his ass (deservedly so if he was screaming at the girl in the car) I'm on your side on this one. If I say something that seems otherwise it isn't intentional. I was just saying that it was most likely that dude was using the N Word towards her. I'd have knocked him on his ass if I saw it myself.
