Last thing I cook in house where I lived 24 years, cheese enchiladas. Realized food processor and cheese grater already moved to new house. I will have to improvise a bit
Cats are better than dogs. Hopefully you can home one of my kind. @SlyPokerDog is a bunghole. Enough proof that dogs drool.
I took a shot for my 42nd birthday at midnight. I think it was about $40 for the shot. I didn't pay for that though. I've had Don Julio Real in Mexico City, which is more expensive than that. It was like a $100 shot, but that was on an expense account when travelling for work. I used to have a pretty good palate for tequilas back in the day. Not so much any more.
My same coworker I was with in Mexico City where we were running up the bill with Tequila (he actually got shitcanned after the Mexico Trip because of this), Johnny Walker Blue and Cigars, we also went to Vegas and he would order Manhattans made with Macallan 15 just to up the final bill (also expensed to work).
Really noce little seasoning mix: ¼ cup kosher salt 4 teaspoons ground black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon ground red pepper
Johnny Walker Blue would have almost made a candidate but still a little too cheap. I've got some 20 year Chivas Regal in a large bottle in my liquor cabinet which I haven't even opened yet. I used to have some 12 year old single malts that were high quality but I really don't enjoy single malts. Give me a good blend like the three sided 15 year old Dimple Pinch. I'm happy with that.
EASTER BRUNCH: Honey-baked ham (OK, my wife's sister gave us a coupon for $50. That still only brought it down to a whopping $70!!) My favorite scalloped potatoes Cream cheese lemon bars That's all I have so far. Suggestions?
