For all you Vince Carter haters

Being an all star means nothing except that your popular. That's all. You obviously forget that fans vote the players in. If you're fun to watch and put up good numbers as Carter does, you're going to get in. You don't have to be a superstar player to be an all star. You just have to be popular. Look at Michael Finley from a few years ago when he was the only guy on a sub-.500 team to make it. Is he a superstar? No, not by any means. Or how about Jamal Magloire last year? Superstar, nope, not even close. How about Steve Finley? No. See, those are just a few examples that you don't have to be a superstar to get into the all star game. It all depends on your fanbase for the most part.

I mean Donyell Marshall take nothing away from him, is defenitly not better than Carter. If he stays then we
'll see how well hes gonna do(breakout year). I just hope that we dont end up with Antwoine Walker.

No, Steve Nash actually is who I was thinking, I just accidentally typed the name of the Diamondbacks centerfielder. Yea, I must have had baseball on the mind when I was making that post or something. But, I agree with Francis also. I don't believe he's a superstar either.

donyell better than vince is th stupidest thing i ever heard, cmon now be realistic here.
but if you meant rebounding,blocking etc. that would make more sense.

 

hey i mean if vince couldn't dunk and couldn't score and couldn't dish it, and couldn't shoot , and couldn't beat their man off the dribble....then marshall is better than him .... no i don't actually mean this but....this is want deuce probably has in his mind...
