    I would imagine its similar to alcohol in that you can have it in the trunk open, but in the cab you have to have it unused, uncracked. If you had codeine for your sister in the trunk or unopened in your cab, it would likely be fine, but cracked in the cab and you could be charged.

    However, my guess is that there is some discresion on the part of the officer, if you are sober and don't have other drugs on you, this will likely be overlooked. Also, if you don't have a history of substance abuse in the court system.

    I probably have four bottles of the stuff in my house, made out to different family members. Gee, I better not accidentally take a spoonful of my daughters, else the federalies might come after me. It's bad enough I can't get a decent fucking decongestant. A couple of years ago they had a huge meth manufacturing bust not far from where I live. You know how much prescription suphedrine they had? NONE!!

    I just did a search for "Shawne Williams" for this board in 2012. Among 4 pages of threads with his name in the posts were 7 threads with his full name in the thread title. How could anyone not know that he was on our roster?
