When Carino asked him if he was going to pull a Griffey, Sr. and play with his son, he said he was only coming back "in a suit and tie".

I've also noticed less criticism of "effort" and more X and O talk combined with those swipes at Frank. (All he used to talk about was whether a guy should go under a screen or switch.)

I often feel as if I'm actually watching him interview during the game.

In his defense, Frank's insistance in starting Malik Allen makes me want to turn on the game at 8:15.

Right on cue! Today I tuned in with 3 something minutes left in the first quarter in order to see Sean play. Well, I guess if everything goes wrong, that means everything [IMG]

jackson isnt wrong though! everything he says is correct! i think he would be a great coach for this team the players love him and he could actually tell vince to stop being so lazy and i think vince would listen to him.

boone and williams must play together!! wtf! i been saying this all year. you boone for his size and rebounding and williams for the defensive presence. now way butler would have been on the glass like he was with boone and williams there. collins minutes should be around 5 a game.

    exit frank - enter jackson!

Amen to this thread! I'm not watching this team again until I hear that Allen and Collins are no longer our starting 4 and 5. An infant could understand that this is why we are down after every single 1st quarter. I am D.O.N.E. done. This madness must end!

What do you guys think as to having an ex-player as a head coach as opposed to someone...like Frank?

The problem with Mark Jackson is that I don't see him commanding respect and obedience from his players (obedience is a strong word, admittedly). If I had a dime for everytime the players clowned on him while he was trying to be professional and do his job I'd have enough money to buy out Jason Collins.

Its easy to point out the faults of a team like Jackson, hell we have been saying the same stuff he has been saying since the beginning of the season.

oh and they sure do take Frank seriosuly, right? only reason Frank has a job is because he's Kidd's muppet. Kidd and VC know hes not going to come down hard on them.

Fire the front office and blow up the roster, but keep Frank. The Nets can't get a better coach

How about Rick Carlisle? (I know, I probably spelled that wrong). Is he a better coach?

^(question for everyone, not just cpawfan)
