Dame has made it VERY clear that he wants to see the roster improved.
Powell's FA decision is the first of any real significance for Neil.

Do you honestly think Dame will just be cool if Powell walks? As things are playing out, it's looking like it'd likely have to be a S&T. so that's something, but still... I'm not sure how Neil -- or anyone, frankly -- would be able to recover from that, with the deficit we're already facing...

IF Norman Powell is indeed the golden goose that Neil is after, the only way it makes sense is a trade of CJ or sign and trade with Powell. If they plan on running him back at small forward we have failed
