Re-sign Powell, trade CJ for a serious upgrade at forward, and you at least have a slim chance to make some noise this season. If Powell is off the table, we are worse off than we were when Denver curb-stomped us in the play-offs. Dame may be loyal - but why should he want to stay with a team that either isn't really trying or is just flat hopeless?
