I'm not suggesting his ideology is fascism, just that this law and some of his other policies are fascist-like. His immigration proposals are the opposite of fascist.
His tactics are fascist, get the elites to back him and to hell with the rule of law.. Besides I will differ with you on his immigration policy. If he were the benevolent dictator, I would agree with you, but he is not, he is just broadening his base of useful minions.
