Agree 100% about looking for a modern center. Like both your ideas for who also, but I think both would be expensive and we don't have much to offer. We'll have to find a diamond in the rough, I think. I would even consider getting Wenyen Gabriel back. Must be others out there also.

Wait, so you're gloating now that the team lost, because it validates your negativity? Hell of a fan you are.

The Pacers have two modern C's who combined for 34 pts, 25 reb, 5 ast, 3stl, and 4 blks last night. Those two make Indiana a really good team

by the way, when contrasting the Blazers and the Pacers, keep in mind that the Pacers played last night without Caris LeVert, TJ Warren, and Jeremy Lamb

....but missing players, adapting to new players, and dealing with a new coach and a new system. That takes much longer to adjust to. :banghead2:

    Good job Indy! :twothumbs:

Yes. Just a few posts up. I suppose it's open to interpretation though.

If you were to ask me to name the best pick n roll combos in the league, I would never have thought to mention Brogdan to Sabas, but they looked DAMN good last night.

I noticed some mentioning they were cool with Nurk not being around. As if we would be better without him. Well, we are about to find out.

I agree 100% with your thought as well about not having much to offer. What we have of value we have to keep, what we can afford to lose has little or no value. Bad place to be in. If we have to dig deep, then Wenyen is as good as any. At least we know what he has to offer...and what he doesn't. He is a worker and I like that about him. I hate pointing fingers, but for the umpteenth year Olshey didn't have us in a position to succeed. Sorry, but not a fan of his.

Refs had a very inconsistent game. Then again, so was our effort.
