Was going to start a whole new thread for the above picture, then realized how stupid that would be..

Only a Laker fan wouldn't think that was thread worthy.

You see us beat that "very good" Suns team though.

I still can't understand all of the bitching about Colabro and Hurd. I watched most of the preseason games with the opponent's announcing team and finally got to hear the Blazers broadcast today. They are good. It seems people just want to bitch about anything.

Why can't we upload mp4 video files? @SlyPokerDog ? I have the perfect video to share here and can't do it.

Is Aminu under orders to not dribble drive or is that his decision? Seems like he's dialed it back. Hope it continues because he's a really good player when the cuffs are on

At the same time, he had that dribble drive around his defender for a dunk today. If Aminu plays like this, you have to be ok with 1 or 2 moves a night that don't work.

I upload things like that to Imgur.com and then post that link here. Doing an extra step can be a pain but it works.

Aminu screaming during that dunk was fucking hilarious. I was watching the stadium feed you could hear it reverberate through the entire arena, and echo back off the foreheads of the zombie-like Pacers fans. What a lame crowd, holy shit. That sweet Oladipo alley oop barely even summoned a response. Our crowd would have blew the roof off the arena.

That was the second arena the Blazers have played in that has been about half full. Things might be different tonight. I'm hoping the Moda is full for opening night.

Lack of energy is not a problem with our crowd, I'm not worried about it.

Yeah there is a fine line when and when he can not do it. There are certainly PF's who are bigger and slower than Aminu who if he gives them pump fake...he can go right past them. As long as he is not dribbling into traffic or is covered by a good defender it can be an advantage.

    https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/b...n-crabbe-will-be-limited-off-bench-wednesday/

Crabbe will start the season coming off the bench and the Nets are expected to be cautious with his workload, Brian Lewis of the New York Post reports.

Crabbe was expected to battle for a starting role with the Nets after being traded from the Trail Blazers this offseason, but injuries throughout training camp and the preseason ultimately hurt his chance of locking a spot down. He'll instead come off the bench and coach Kenny Atkinson said the Nets will be cautious with increasing Crabbe's minutes early on, so he may be someone to avoid in DFS contests Wednesday while he's not on a regular workload.

Funny thing happened, he grabbed a rebounded and started dribbling for a fast break when all of a sudden there was a loud whistle and he stopped in his tracks and found a guard lol. Think he's under orders not to dribble in the open court which makes sense. His drives are fine out of the offense its when he's dribbled for too long/far/in transition that he gets in trouble.

Funny you'd say that. Game management is exactly what I call it. The funny part is that at the end of the first half I commented that the refs don't seem to do as much intentional game management as they used to, and I wondered if it was a policy change. Then the third quarter happened. Silly me.
