Nice slam by Tyrus. This isn't over, although there's very little margin of error for the Bulls.

Hey guys thabo and ty are starting to relax out there and are playing well. they are more productive than our starters. Im glad that the coach has them in we will need them if we want to win this game and get some momentum going back to the UC.

    Go Bulls!!!!

we are figuring out this zone. we missed 12 FT's and if we hit those we would be right there. I like the way we are starting to attck the basket now.

You're sugarcoating the word "losing". They are in the process of getting blown out twice in a row to a better team.

Honestly, until the Bulls get some type of legitimate post presence, I don't think they will be a serious championship contender.

Ouch. Mental lapses like that are killer. The Bulls had a nice run going, but the Pistons stopped it.

Come on Tyrus! That shot was unnecessary.

So you haven't found something better to do than bash the Bulls? All you've ever done is criticize what they are or what they do.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I think despte the Bulls' hard work this season, they'll be eliminated in the first round by Miami.</div>

Talk about insightful. Go back to the Knicks forum and speculate building a franchise around David Lee and Jamal Crawford.

this is looking good going into game 3. Guys are getting used to the preassure. We've got to look at what are the posatives in this game.
Coach has to Bench Gordon in game 3.

What do you guys think about starting Thabo and let Gordon come off of the bench? Just for this series.

^ Yeah, I was thinking trying Gordon off the bench. But the Pistons wont shoot this well at the UC, it's not a series till the other team goes home, we found out the hard way 2 years ago.

lol, and I suppose that post presence should be Eddy Curry (who they shouldn't have given up for just Tyrus Thomas). The Bulls had a good regular season record against the Pistons, so its not like they are out of their league. This is just a matter of execution and matching Detroit's intensity on their home court. The Bulls haven't been able to do that, but I'd wait until their home games before making such bold statements.

I think that we have finally solved the Zone guys. Lets not be to down about this loss. We showed some improvement from the bench. And skiled wisely played the bench in the fourth. That was smart so they can get a feel for the game when they play game 3.

If I was Skiles I would start this line up

    Hinrich
    Thabo
    Deng
    Thomas
    Wallace

The bench rotation has got to involve Griffin

    Any other suggestions guys?

I wouldn't start Tyrus. He's nice to bring off the bench for a spark.

We need a spark from jump. the Pistons are jumping on us with their best at the begining of games we have to match that. we cant afford to not have our best lineup to matchup with them at the start. these 1st quarters are what are killing us. If you look at the boxscore the 1st quarter is the only lopsided quarter.

That's true, but I don't think they can jump out to a lead like that at the UC. The crowd won't be on their side, theres no way they shoot as well as they do in the Palace, they just won't be able to get into a ryhthm as easily as they do here. But I see what you're saying, It's something to look at, Tyrus looked a lot better tonight.

    Team 1.. 2 ..3..4 T
    Bulls 18 25 19 25 87
    DetP 34 24 25 25 108

See guys its that darnt 1 st quarter. if we tighten that up we will win both games at the UC.

We pretty much sucked it up again, Gordon is non-existent. Have no idea why he doesn't drive more and try to either score or set people up. Kirk sucked this game, when in the first he was making everything and not shooting enough. If they play like this at the UC they'll get booed out of the stadium.

Oh yeah, we also have to learn how to rebound again, 51-30 with the edge to the Pistons with them having 15 offensive rebounds. Also Wallace needs to learn how to guard a slow Webber, for some reason he just can't. And somehow actually not let them have a open three pointer every time.

A lose is a lose to be frank (in the playoffs anyway), it really doesn't matter how it happens, its not like losing in a close game will put us in any different a position than down 0-1. We lost to the Pistons in the Palace, congrats to them, they defended home court. Now let's go back to Chicago and get this series started.

We need to start with the lineup when we destroyed them in the regular season.
