Yeah, he's just not the answer though. The sooner we make a trade, the better.

He'd do a better job than Pat, he's 5 inches taller.

I like an Aminu/Gallinari forward combo because you can put Aminu (6'9) on the best forward and Gallinari (6'10) on the worst forward. They're switchable. You can't do that with Connaughton at SF.

Positive the whole 1st unit put something in that last 9 minutes of the game. Nurk didn't shoot well but still had 17/5/4/3 and only 1 turnover. Dame had 29/6/6 and CJ 26 and Pat came up with 12. Neg. 16 turnovers for 25 points.

Pat played a good game. He lacks height against a guy like Porter. That's not really his fault. Because of that, he is not long term answer at SF. But, he is a great glue guy who does a bit of everything on the floor.

With THAT said, anyone discounting what Chili P did in tonight's game to help the Blazers win is taking crazy pills.

Nurk started great with 4/5 shooting, couple assists and rbds, but then went 1-8 in the 1st half and then two consecutive misses in the 2nd half for 1-10 shooting, but after that he played great on both ends of the floor

without his defense and CJ offense, this would be a sure loss

Nurk went on a little run when he came back in, then dame went on a run with the floater and the and one, the jumper. Then it was cj with the three followed by the layup and contested jumper

Only 16 points by the bench tonight, half of them by Ed Davis. Other than Ed, one basket by Turner and one by Harkless. Man, that sucks. The Wizards’ bench scored 27.

Most improved without a doubt. It's amazing Project Pat has become an actual NBA rotational player. Look at that stat line:

    12PTS 4REB 3AST 2 STL 1BLK 4/7FG

    With stellar defense.

Why is everybody saying Pat had stellar defense....? I mean I recall some good defensive plays through the game, but in the 4th Beal got so many wide open look with Pat just dying on a screen.... We got lucky he missed a lot of those

I'm sorry but Pats defense in the 4th was awful. Idk about the rest of the game, but down the stretch it wasn't good.
