So Embiid is the MVP through the first ~20 games of the season, Harris is shooting the lights out and playing solid D and this is allowing Simmons to do his thing as a swiss army knife. Curry, Green and Korkmaz are lighting it up from three. They have defensive specialists on the bench that can defend 1-3. Good old Dwight Howard is putting in some good work for them off the bench as well. This team is really scary.

I mean I think we can beat these guys... I mean maybe we can beat these guys... I mean there's a chance that we can beat these guys... I mean in certain universes...

Hate me some Doc Rivers. Not sure how we can win this, but wouldn't mind if we did.

Listen man, for a long time nobody cared how much money this team spent. Now it's hard times. The life of an NBA team on a strict budget.

Do we have an open roster spot? Could we sign someone to help? Could we make a trade that would give us some depth? Those are questions for other people.

What I know is that I would give the Sixers a future first and second for Shake Milton right now. He can initiate an offense, he defends both guard spots and we might need a backup guard right now... maybe. I know that would mean guaranteeing Houston our pick this year but I'd be willing to do that. We just need some help and Milton would fit into our very strict budget now that Nurk is missing out on a bonus.

    I see no problems here.

Wait, our 6th man is a 36 year old, minimum player, none of the other 29 teams would sign 18 months ago?

At least we have our top 5 players available to start. Right?

The Thing about Doc Rivers is he always seems to get these rosters that are absolutely loaded? AND STILL FINDS A WAY TO LOSE?

I think DJ and Nas come back for this game but we still get blown out.

DJJ is already listed as out. That either means that the team isn't bringing him back for a game that we likely won't win or it could mean that the injury has now been evaluated as more serious than it was when he was listed as questionable until a couple of hours before our last game.

Sit Dame for sure. Focus on getting a win in NYC and get out of the trip at 3-3.

So you are telling me that the fake CJ or Dame's barber is starting for us in an NBA game against the best team in the east tomorrow night?

If they are gonna sit Lillard, might as well sit Jones, let him heal up some more.

if Dame's abdominal strain is significant enough to keep him out of tomorrow's game, I really doubt it will heal in just 2 days. Blazers shouldn't risk that strain getting worse. I recall players missing multiple weeks with that particular injury

It is just @THE HCP or do we seem to play ALOT of teams that are missing key players?
