    What a weird game. It's like the players won the first quarter, then thought the game was over, and stopped trying. I'd put in the players who are giving the most effort, regardless of skill. Let everyone know that there's a minimum effort level required, and regardless of skill, reputation, or salary; you won't be getting minutes if you don't put in the effort.
