    What is the fundamental reason behind Dame getting jobbed out of fouls on drives? Seriously. What is it the refs think they see when it comes to Dame? Is he too small? Is he trying to sell it too much? There has to be a reason.

    At what point will the refs call Westbrook for delay of game? That's twice now and it's supposed to be automatic.
