I agree with your first point Dis. That's reality. When we lost game 2 it was done. And tonight has played out like Mess and I feared. We were timid and maybe waiting for a shoe to drop. That is what happens when you are down 2-0. YES we came on strong after it was 2-0, but it was 2-0 already. Too late. Again, no shame. We had a great season. No shame in that.
Unless we can come up with a miracle in the 3rd period and I'm not giving up yet sather will have some interesting off season decisions regarding staal, strahlman and even girardi who has a reasonable contract and can be moved for what we need. More bleak I think Al. Down 3-0 is worse than 3-1. And the Kings are better than the Pens. No doubt there. To me we were better than the Pens, and just playing like crazp games 2, 3, and 4. This is different. Kings are a much better team than Pitt.
