    That ref was out of position to make the call.
    However that foul is still called 99% of the time in every league in the world regardless of the ref being out of position.

    Okay, this is getting a bit ridiculous. What does it take for Dame to get a FT? That is the 2nd game in a row he has been completely hacked on the break and not got a call. Sadly, someone like Harden gets FTs all night long for much much less.
