I like them, what can i say? Sometimes change is good even if the scenaries are equal.

The only thing that bothers me is Calabro gets shit mixed up more than id like.
But still nothing close to drunken Rice, as much as i liked him i hated when he mixed things up soooo often and frankly was too much of a homer for me.

If anyone doesnt like Hurd, they have issues. Nothing against Barret, really liked the guy, but Hurd is the guy you want your daughter to marry.

I dont understand why we cant dominate lesser opponents.
We just beat three playoff caliber teams in a row, come home and lay an egg.

The most frustrating part of this team is they show they can compete with the best, but they cant compete night in and night out.

    The inconsistency is infuriating.

It's been a while since I've heard booing at Moda. It has been getting less and less raucous as the' Best fans in the NBA' are understandably sitting on their hands many nights.... but they don't often boo.

Was it loud enough for Jody Alien to hear?

I actually agree with you here. Injuries happen and they are part of the game.

There is an answer for that but a lot of people don't like to listen to it.
The NBA and the teams in general that play in it are full of highly talented players that can play the game well. On any given night a team can have a good game and another can have an off night. The talent disparity is so minute that essentially any team can win a game. Even more so when the teams are evenly matched.
It's why they play the games.

It seems odd you're comparing Rice to Calabro and Barrett to Hurd

Of course that is the case. But often even in a loss, it is HOW you play. Too many times this season (as in season's past) the Blazers just haven't shown up. There is no disgrace in losing to the Bucks on the road. Getting throttled by 43 points? That is a different story. Same goes for losing to the Jazz at home. Perhaps Utah is finding their stride again and after a big road win in GS, has some additional confidence. But getting shellacked at home by 30 to a sub .500 team?

Losses happen and there are upsets on a nightly basis. But the Blazers have already had 9 losses of 9 or more points this season only 32 games into the year. That is a LOT of games that just aren't very competitive.

Why? Rice was the space case before and now its Calabro.

Barret was the pr compromiser and now thats Hurd.

    Im comparing personalities, not positions.

Not buying it. I get what you are saying but that only goes so far.

If that were the case, then every game in the nba should be competetive.

People booed? I was there. The refs were lightly booed once. Otherwise, I didn't hear any booing. There was actually a lot of energy in the building and the place went nuts when Meyers hit two threes in the second half and when Dame hit the three in the fourth quarter that cut it to 12. There were cheers of Let's Go Blazers several times even though we were losing. The crowd was pretty positive throughout. As bad as the result was, everyone seemed to have fun most of the game.

you know who Ingles reminds me of?

he reminds me of the fictional Nicolas Batum everybody was hoping would develop from the real Batum. But when the chrysalis opened, it was still a grub

A 9 point loss isn't competitive? Say what? Interesting you had to pick 9 and not 10 to be so negative.

The Warriors have 4 losses of 21 or more this season. 3 of them were at home. Perspective.

Golden state has also won 3 of the last 4 championships, has a roster with two mvp winners and when Cousins comes back will have a starting lineup that has 5 all stars.

I love the Blazers, but they dont really belong in the GS conversation right now.

The point was made because apparently 9 point losses are horrible but 21 point losses aren't?
