Schedule is going to be a lot tougher. We already played a bunch of "winnable" games this month. It's going to be more ugly fams

The mess up part is that I still have the mindset like we are good. I went that Laker game and was like "pshaw, the Lakers have no chance." I left shaking my head and stunned. This game gets away and I'm shocked. Guys, this is me reaching out for help. I think I've got the Homer Syndrome.

By the best advanced stat metrics available. BPM and RPM. Also just eyeball he’s a better all around defender.

You do, but it's ok! At least you've felt hopeful for some of the season, I'm jealous of that! It will get better, but you may have to wait until Oct 2020, assuming Olshey does something productive with his expiring contracts.

Good. Losing these 4 games in a row really helped. We need that lottery pick

You know maybe it best not make the playoffs this year due to it just extra 4 games. Sometimes it better to take a couple step back to retool. Lottery wouldn't be the worst thing for this team as I look how much we struggling this year. I would give Simons and Trent as much playing time as they can handle. I also would give little more time too. That goes along ways for the future for this team.

I'm sorry if I'm irritable guys. I am just so disgusted with this.

I can handle losing if there just isn't talent but the team plays hard and fights. This is the opposite of that. We have the talent to win but we play with no urgency on the court and no structure off it.

Even with the injuries, there is enough on this team to be fun and entertaining. But this product is not. It's like watching a number of top players who don't care, a bunch of young players who lack confidence and don't know how, and a coaching staff that has no clue.

It’s not loopy. TS% counts FTA as 0.44 FGA while he was counting them as 0.50 FGA so he was close.

I don't think the lottery pick's going to be much help in this draft. I'm not even sure how much value it will have as a trade chip.

Yeah just what we need. Another draft pick who was born without knees or who doesn't pan out.

With Hood out and no back up PG on the roster, we have no choice but to play Simons and Trent.

I haven't even read through this thread. Don't think I want to. How the hell do we go from up 19, to lose the game??? Again. As much as I have liked Stotts in the past, I am finally questioning his coaching. We get a big lead. The other coach adjusts. We do nothing different, and then lose our asses....

How many times has that happened this year? I am so sick of it....

We've done pretty well in the draft with Olshey at the helm. Dame, CJ, Collins, Trent, and Simons were all good picks. Barton and Crabbe too.

I’m not gonna waste any energy with this team in 2020, I’ll still wear my Blazers hat most days proudly, but I just can’t pull myself to care at all.

We already have too many young guys. We don't have time to develop another one before Lillards window is closed

As long as the roster is the way it is, these things will happen. The good news is that for those who end up thinking Stotts no longer knows how to coach, they should expect us to win like 30 games under him next year, and they will be happily surprised when we far exceed that number.
