    Great post, we agree on things!

    I have read this article and it's very good! The way I understood the "quality pass" metric is that it's measured on made baskets. It's not looking at passes that lead to open attempts and let the percentages fall as they may. This puts it in the correlation vs causation debate. None-the-less, I think it was a very interseting read.

    When people say we "don't pass enough", I provide data on passing. When they say "assists lead to winning." I post the data relevant to that claim. I understand it's unpopular, but I think it's important to see if the claims being made are true. I don't get into "accountability" and "effort" stuff because I think it involves a lot of bias and would require access to private conversation; but people are free to debate that if they want.

    Most importantly, I appreciate the post and in particular that it was on topic and not taking personal jabs.
