He played yesterday so why wouldn't he play Friday? But playing along with this silly post....

Yeah theres no way a team that got up 43 against a Jimmy Butler and Ben Simmons led team can beat a Paul George led team.

    No chance.

    Facepalm.

His defense has been great and very reliable.

Westbrook is averaging a triple double wtf?

    21 pts 10.7 rbs, 10.1 assists

10+ assists? WTF? The biggest ballhogger in existence is getting 10.1 assists a game?

More like dribble constantly until you get a shot or you can get a teammate a look they'll definitely shoot even if team-oriented offense could produce a better shot (because that would mean less assists for Russ and we already know he stat chases).

I was wondering if he has the most triple doubles in losses in NBA history

Not at all. In fact, he only has 21 losses in the 114 games in which he's recorded a triple double, which is fewer than Magic's 30, Kidd's 31, and Big O's 48. His .8158 winning percentage in triple-double games is actually 4th best amongst the top-10 triple-doubler's in NBA history, and is better than the two people with more than him, Oscar (.7257) and Magic (.7826).

I would be curious to see his APG broken down by quarter.

Lol Adams ain’t no threat to Nurk, just take every game they’ve played against each other since he’s been a Blazer. We haven’t lost once and he’s averaged an efficient 18 ppg.

Traditional centers don’t really trouble Nurkic. Its usually the undersized, athletic guys that also space the floor that do, but even that’s improved this year. Games against Draymond for example.

Not saying Adams isn’t capable of outplaying him, just that I wouldn’t waste energy worrying about it. The real problem is Paul George.

Ah yes - Oscar. A respected HOFer, but for much of his career he was a selfish stat-chaser.

Now Imagine, just Imagine we trade CJ on draft night for Paul George straight and draft Mitchell at 10 (i know he is Shooting Bad this year, but as a 3rd Scoring Option he would be huge), at 26 we draft Kuzma.

    Lillard
    Mitchell
    George
    Kuzma
    Nurkic

Well, this can be looked at by the stats:
    - CJ has had 'big scoring nights' (above his average of 21 pts lets say) 17 times this season.
    - The game after his 'big scoring night', CJ has had a 'not so good' shooting night (shot under 40% fg lets say) 7 times.

That means that less than half the time (7/17, 41.2%) after a big game, he follow a good game with a bad shooting night.

Those numbers kind of sound like the law of averages to me. Not an absolute trend.

Ah yes, imagine if we knew how good those players would've been. Oh wait they wouldnt have fell to us then.

Imagine being able to magically make Indiana agree to any trade ever.

Well to be fair, Indy could've accepted Harkless, Aminu, and our 3 1st round picks and then ended up with Mitchell, John Collins, and Kuzma/Hart and probably would've been set up better for the future than they are now and we'd have Dame, CJ, PG13, and Nurk.

So if Adams is stuffing Nurk. You want Stotts to keep going to Nurkic? Is that your plan? You wouldn't think maybe he would want to try something else?

Running the offense through Nurk at the top of the key gets Adams away from protecting the rim and Nurk has proven to be a good passer.

@Darkwebs what's up with the Westbrook picture? It's like you photoshopped his head on a Samoan.
