    I agree with that idea. But that's not really what he said or was talking about now was it?
    Pretty clear he wants stotts to force feed Nurkic going at Adams "Regardless" and that he is looking for him to try and get him in foul trouble. Then he was looking for him to get under his skin.

    But you'll also see a post from @Scalma stating that since he's been a Blazer Nurk has averaged an efficient 18 ppg against OKC, all Blazer wins. This suggests forcing it to Nurk has worked before.

    Well i like the idea. I'd love to see the battle myself. So why not? Then bring on the hammer if Nurk gets a couple quick ones himself!

    There will be a good deal of what hoopsjock is saying, and I envision that as part of it, but yeah you got it right. It is very easy to get under Adams skin. I can see Nurkic doing that effectively. They way Nurkic has been playing inside he can get Adams in foul trouble quickly. Keep going to Nurk. When the Blazers go to Nurk they win. When they don't they more than not lose. You can't play scared basketball. Nurkic sure as hell isn't scared of Adams. Give him the ball and let him go to work. Good things will happen. What I am saying is Stotts can't go intobthe game with the mindset that Adams is going to block party Nurkic so let's not bother to go to Nurk this game. That is weakminded thinking. Go to Nurk. Win.

    Nurk knows Adams is going to try and block party him. Be smart. Use it. Get Adams in the air, create contact, get Adams in foul trouble.

    Personally I love playing against shot blocking bigs more than smaller guys who just push down low. It's so much easier to score when they fall for pump fakes.

    I was having an argument with a Laker fan today about Nurkic being a rim protector (he didnt think so) and I went as far to say Nurkic was better than Jarrett Allen (used some stats that backed it up too). The conversation was one giant facepalm.
