CJ is the thermometer of this team. Whenever he plays well, we do well. When he stinks, we are screwed.

Incredibly efficient with 20+ points on 10 shots. Amazing what can happen when your point guard gets others involved and isn’t jacking up 35ft jumpers.

That makes sense, seeing as we won all of the past 3 games with CJ channeling his inner Stockton.

I think it's Harkless. When he's even a bit engaged, we look like an elite team. Come on, Moe!

He does however "over dribble". Personally I don't have a problem with it, but people seem to have a problem when CJ or Dame do it. The key was everyone was moving without the ball and then actually making their shots when they took them.

I don't know that there are CJ haters. There are a lot if people that wanted him to pass more instead of nights with 0-2 assists. Not surprisingly, now that he is passing the ball, they are playing much better. Who could have imagined that if he would stop over dribbling, and get teammates involved, results would be better?

Oh please you were the captain of that ship, making digs at him when talking about other players. At least own it.

I saw that CJ had 7 assists for a second game.
Is he starting to pass the ball now?
Suppose something was said to CJ?

Guys are making shots. Our HEROS don't need to do it all by themselves anymore? Can Dame/CJ average 10 assists in a season?

CJ has changed ....he's had way better assist numbers and played much better team ball...good for him because he wasn't doing this until recently and it's a good adjustment....coaching...being coachable...good combo

I think something was said to CJ...maybe something like "don't listen to the idiots on the message boards and just do what you do best."

Perhaps his coaches and teammates told him to look at some at video of his missed opportunities. Sometimes you just have to see it for yourself.

"Oh please"... do try to differentiate between extreme frustration with a style of play and missing WIDE OPEN teammates over and over and "hate" for a player. Also note that for the last 2 games I've applauded his change in style of play.

Or maybe he simply had to adjust and it took a minute. I don’t think anyone would question CJ’s basketball IQ. Today marks the most games Dame has missed in a season. CJ figuring it out it appears

@HCP - still think OKC will "figure it out" and we're a .500 team?

We're half way through the season, we're ahead of OKC in the standings. They just lost to PHO and we blew them out on their home court without our best player.
