TRob seems to be adjusting well too. And Meyers is pretty consistent.

Crabbe seriously needs playing time. And Olshey really needs to make a move. We cannot lose any games like the one we just did. To bad teams. I think going .500 in this 2 months is being optimistic. We don't even play good basketball right now.

Actually I think we can drop a few games to get Rolo and Joel back healthy and later LA...we were never going to win 82 gamees no matter what Sly thought

Really frustrating last few games. Is Batum okay?

It's not like they have a lot of flexibility when it comes to getting bench players.

I think they have held onto players that don't seem to be progressing much, though.

Wheels just said on radio that Jason quick said Batum's wrist was very swollen and he was in a brace. And they said it "doesn't look good"

Sounds like no, he is not ok. That garbage lineup in the 4th quarter? That's what we're left with.

Ouch. Our decision-making is broken. Some really bizarre stuff out there. Kamam passing up some open shots? Guys bending over and reaching for loose balls during crunch time? We dive for those like the Celtics did and we win this game. We seem like deer in the headlights, understandably I guess....

Umm let's see...Lillard still in slump but dunked. TRob played like a real NBA level PF BUT with us leading by 1 in the closing moments of the game, he made only 1 of 2 FTs. Boston then gets the ball to Sullinger who falls down under the basket. Every Blazer scrambles to get the ball from him and he passes it out to Evan Turner who hits a go ahead three with 1 second left. After a timeout, trailing by only 1, Blake is inbounding. Lillard is tied up but Wes, who had been hot in the second half, was open. Instead of passing to him, Blake calls a timeout. After the timeout, Blake inbounds the ball to a heavily trapped Lillard 6 feet behind the three point line. Instead firing away, Lillard dribbles the ball before heaving a shot after the buzzer. The shot didn't go in.

We're not just playing bad because Aldridge is out, Lillard is in a slump and Batum is emulating an organ-grinder monkey this season:

The shot selection since christmas has not only been atrocious, it's been downright lazy. The team doesn't work HARD for the EASY shot.
The offense is not crisp and efficient with movement, not of itself, but in forcing the defense to move/cover. Therefore it doesn't punish defenses for mistakes.
The blazers still cant run a fast-break to save their lives
Kaman looks out of shape and is playing accordingly (The old guy at the ymca who thinks he's still got the athletic ability he had 5 years ago)
Stotts is way too rigid in his substitution patterns and doesn't even give deep bench players a run - even with the injuries.

There's a few more things I've noticed but the bottom line is, with the injuries to key players, it may not be their absence that is the reason for the underwhelming play, but may be that the Stotts system, in it's current incarnation, has been exposed and is showing to be a bit sub-par.
That's not to say that can't change (just look at defensive improvement from last year), and despite the injuries, and the lackluster play since christmeas - I think this is a great opportunity for Stotts to retool from the ground up. Hopefully Stotts looks to give some of the deep bench players some more run, and experiment with some different things on the court. Hopefully Stotts can muster some of that creativeness that we see - to refine his system; now that it doesn't have top-teir talent to lean-on.

I'm pretty sure I heard him say in an interview that he was really only interested in participating in the the 3-point contest along with playing in the All Star game itself.
