Nothing keeping Silver from naming LMA to replace Kobe if he happens to miss out in the vote because of the poorly timed surgery announcement. The west will have plenty of guards either way.

In a losing effort. Seems like the norm in OKC. Funny how the Durant led, RWless team had a 67% record last season!

Without KD. I don't think KD deserves to go to the All Star game. Hasn't played enough and his team sucks.

And Harden is MVP candidate. OKC fans must be miserable.

That's fair; they're working hard out there and look gassed... now that the initial anger over the game has passed I'm feeling more generous.

Kyries night wasnt as much a heat check as much as it was volume. Dude chucked it 36 times, and he was substantially cooler in the second half.

Good point. He shot 19 threes! Who does that? I'd like to see Dame shoot 19 threes some night.

Meyers Leonard played very well. We should get more shots for him. He is money and right now, nobody's guarding him.

It's sad, but I can't even muster any emotion about the team. They are banged up, not playing well, and have no intention of making any roster moves.

As great a night as Aldridge had, he really fucked the pooch on two plays in the fourth when he had Meyers Leonard wide open begging for the ball, but instead forced two horrible horrible shots. You got to know when to hold 'em, and know when to pass the fucking ball to a wide open good shooter.

But what really sealed the loss in my mind was the patented, once-per-game amazingly stupid and bad Kaman pass. I mean literally, he's good for one of these per game. In this case, if he turns around and hits the wide open two-foot layup, we win. Instead -- turnover -- game ugly blouses. SMH

That dude shoots when he should pass, and passes when he should shoot! So frustrating sometimes.

nobody's guarding him b/c even when he's the closest wide-open teammate to a guy who's being doubled, he can't get the ball.

EDIT: Already talked about above by BBert.

And according to you neither of them are contenders.
And yet, both of them score a higher percentage (41.7% and 42.2%, respectively) of their points in the paint than we do (35.3%).
The fact remains that rather than trying something different when Terry's long-shot offense isn't working, he sticks with it hoping that the shots will eventually start to fall. Early in the season it worked - Dame would bail us out in the 4th quarter with regularity. But is that really a good game plan? I would argue that it's not.
