That's a good question for Scott Brooks. I'm guessing he will be asked that.
The Wizards also had no timeouts at the end of the game with possession of the ball with 2.4 seconds and down 1 point. They didn't even get a shot attempt before time expired.

I think when Stotts used it on Jokic to get him in first qtr foul trouble it had value...took Jokic out of most of the game until the 4th . Otherwise I agree completely...save it until the endgame

McCollum was 2 out of 12 on 2-point shots. How is that even possible?? With 7 turnovers.
His shake and bake ankle breaking moves are not what the team needs , really, they need efficient shooting which is what he was able to do on 3-pointers (50 percent).
Golden State won championships having one guy who could break ankles (I'm counting the pre-durant championships).

They're going to be real active at the trade deadline I'd say with Klay out all season...why burn out Curry trying to get the 8th seed in a stacked western conference when they can load up on picks and rentals.

The 2 points you save on a challenge in the first half affect the final score just as much as one would in the second. And you may never encounter a winnable challenge in the second. Which essentially means you lost that 2 pts. So why is that idea so 'stupid'?
