Whatever superstitions you have it's time to exercise them immediately.

call me a homer, call me unreasonable or just a plain ole fanatic...but I believe. I will continue to bring up the 2004 as there was absolutely no chance that the Sox could come back from a 3-0 lead.

One more win tonight and things start snowballing....don't count us out!

To quote Kevin Millar of the '04 team: "Don't let us win tonight"!

I agree with what Chuck said in an earlier thread that the Rangers have to play their best game tonight.....but if they do they will win and if they win this series I think goes 7.

The good news is the Rangers the last few years have played their best in desperate games....elimination games. This is a tough one though with a Kings team that is resilient and has a roster full of players that not only know how to win but have won. They know they need to close out the Rangers tonight or risk having this go 7.

I think Nash needs to score tonight for the Rangers to win and its time that he puts the puck in the net. Hank will be Hank but we need production from Nash, St Louis and Stepan. Just get this back to MSG one more time....

I will make it short and sweet, this is the game. You want to believe. You want to get back in the series for real. You want to have a chance to win. THIS IS THE GAME.

We win and we have a shot, and I would fully expect 7 games. Game 4 means very little in the big picture if we lose tonight.

I agree 100% Dis...THIS IS THE GAME. And the Kings what NO PART of a game 6 and going back to NY. They will lay it all on the line tonight. Like a quasi game 7 for them in that a loss means another cross country trip, and a decent chance they have to play a 4th game 7. The Kings will put it all on the ice tonight. They also know this is the game.

i disagree chuck, i feel we are going to win today, but game 6 will be most difficult, we play worse at home kings play better on road, game 6 will be our game 7, if we win we are going to win series, but i feel we are going to lose game 6, either way we gotta focus on today go rangers, get there when we get there

Not positive or negative. right now we have done nothing except not allow them to skate with the cup on our ice.

We win tonight and then we start to get moving in the right direction. And we'll all be happy

BUT to me win tonight and then we have something. Right now, to me, we don't have much outside of not getting swept and not allowing them to celebrate on our ice.

Follow the 1942 leafs. 9-3 blowout tonight

I just see it fitting that LA closes it tonight. I hope I'm wrong, win tonight, refuse to lose game 6, score first in 7

Yep. "This is the game." And if we lose, we'll come back in game 6 and 7. Oh Wait!!! Chuck and Dis sound like such idiots. Of course this is the game. If we lose were done. Please boys, give us some more enlightenment in your game 5 predictions.

lol, i know what you mean. It's completely stating the obvious, but if we get to go back to NY the pressure really mounts on LA and the long playoffs may start showing on their legs at that point. They could be in trouble.

they played one, maybe two full games more than the rangers...at this point I would say both teams have no advantage in that area

right, the game difference isn't big, but i am of the opinion their games have been tougher and with a lot more travel. I think they have more wear and tear than we do.

Hey 31, I think you just figured out who Chuck really is. He's Captain Obvious from the Hotel commercials who never needs a Hotel room but knows how to get one if he ever needs one.
