Game Thread GAME# 58: PISTONS @ BLAZERS - FEBRUARY 23, 2020 - SUNDAY, 6:00 PM, NBCSNW

The last two games have been bad, no question, but did you know the last 10 games before the All-Star break he was shooting 46.5% from the field, 50% from 3pt, and 100% on FT's (12 attempts total).

Small sample size of 10 games of course and they were buoyed by one really good game but that isn't "trash" or "worst player in the league" either. I just think too many people expect more immediate results and lack patience.

 

Really? I mean his body type still makes him look like he's in high school compared to other NBA players.

 

Isn't that itself kind of concerning? We act like he's 12. He's 20 and still looks like he's 12. Hopefully, he bulks up.

 

I don't think concerning is the right word. I'd like to see what happens when he starts to get more of a man's body though.

 

He may never really fill out as he kind of reminds me of a Jamal Crawford or Will Barton body type. What he needs to work on is his strength which can be done without necessarily adding bulk.

 

He heard Portland wouldn't include Simons..
